Dear Normandie Families,
We are aware of recent reports regarding immigration enforcement activity in the Los Angeles area. Please know that our district remains steadfast in its commitment to the safety, well-being, and education of all students, including our culminating Class of 2025.
Out of an abundance of caution during these unprecedented times, additional district personnel and school partners will be present at our 5th grade culmination ceremony to support students and their families.
To ease the entry process and ensure a smooth experience, parents will be allowed to enter the campus as early as 7:40 AM. We will also be providing a Zoom option for families who prefer to attend the ceremony virtually.
Please remember the following important details:
-Only parents/guardians with tickets will be allowed seating. Ticket holders are guaranteed a seat.
-Guests without tickets will be allowed to view the ceremony only after it begins and will be directed to a standing/viewing area behind the seating section.
For those who prefer to watch from home, the ceremony will be live-streamed via Zoom:
